Gaaiho PDF Suite 5 Crash/not respond/Gaaiho Doc has stopped working during activation.
Description
Incompatible with the new Window 10 "version: 1809". You may encounter this issue if your Windows OS is updated to version: 1809.
Solution
-
- Run > services.msc > stop Gaaiho License Service
- go to "bin" folder (under C:\Program Files (x86)\ZEON\Gaaiho\Gaaiho PDF Suite\bin) and replace the old GZNSL9UI.dll file with the attached new "GZNSL9UI.dll" file:
- at Services, restart Gaaiho License Service
- Run > services.msc > stop Gaaiho License Service

(This issue is fixed in Gaaiho PDF Suite 5.2 and later versions, please update to the latest Gaaiho PDF Suite).
