While trying to activate Gaaiho with a license code, a message shows error code "-7000000" and activation fails.
The activation data didn't send to our server. The computer may not be connected to the internet or blocked by the Firewall.
1. Check if the computer is connected to the internet.
2. Check if the Gaaiho applications are allowed to communicate through Windows Firewall. Go to "Control Panel > System and Security > Allow an app or feature through windows firewall > Change Settings > Allow another app". Then Add Gaaiho Doc, GZNAbout, GConvertToPDF (GPDFDirect in older versions) applications under the path "%SystemDrive%\Program Files (x86)\Zeon\Gaaiho\Gaaiho PDF Suite\bin".
Then, try reactivate Gaaiho Applications.
3. If you are using a Proxy Server, please contact your internet administrator to whitelist activation.gaaiho.com (port: 80, 443).
