1. From Online Gaaiho Account
- login to "License Manager"
- in the "Operations" column, select "SN", to show your license code (serial number)
If you have purchased the license via Online Gaaiho Store, but did not bind your license:
- Signup or login to your Gaaiho account, and select "Retrieve serial number"
- Enter the Email when you purchased your Gaaiho license. And the system will send your license code to your registered email.
2. From Email
Please go to the mailbox associated with the email address that was used to purchase DocuCom/Gaaiho licenses, and search for the e-mail: “Thanks for buying from Zeon Online Store”. Alternatively, look for one of the following senders, depending on your product:
- Gaaiho products: firstname.lastname@example.org
- DocuCom product: email@example.com
3. Contact Us
If the email is lost, please provide the information (see below) you registered when you bought the product, and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org
