It usually happens when a user is attempting to import the activation data (.zna). "0x20022015" means the program is unable to write license file into the computer.
1. Uninstall all Gaaiho products on your computer
3. Go to path "%SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\"(In Windows 7 or Vista, "%SystemDrive%\ProgramData") and delete "Zeon" folder
4. Re-install Gaaiho
5. Export activation data, upload and download a new license file (.zna) to activate
